Booking Conditions1. Guests can request bookings via our website www.altlifestays.com/altlife.co.in, by contacting Alt Life authorized reservation staff, emailing booking@altlifestays.com, or through third-party booking portals like Hostelworld, Booking.com, etc. 2. No booking request is accepted until confirmed via email by Alt Life Hostels, with a booking reference, at which point the contract is established. 3. Alt Life will try to accommodate requests to change booking details, but date changes, extensions, or additions are subject to availability and will be charged at the prevailing rates. 4. Certain policies are booking-specific and will be informed to guests at the time of booking. 5. Right to admission is reserved. Terms & Conditions1. Age Requirement: The minimum check-in age is 18 years. Minors may stay only if accompanied by a guardian. 2. Proof of Identity: Guests must present a valid photo ID upon check-in. Accepted IDs include Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License, and Voter ID Card. PAN Cards and local IDs are not accepted. 3. Prohibition of Substances: The use of drugs and prohibited substances is strictly forbidden. 4. Respect for Other Guests: Guests must conduct themselves respectfully in shared spaces. Disturbances may result in eviction with immediate settlement of dues. 5. Responsibility for Damages: Guests are financially liable for any property damage beyond normal wear and tear. 6. Politeness Towards Staff: Disrespect or misconduct towards staff will not be tolerated. 7. Prevention of Theft: Our premises have CCTV surveillance, and theft will not be tolerated. 8. Non-Violent Behavior: Threats or aggression toward staff or guests will result in eviction. 9. Prevention of Abuse: Any involvement in sex tourism or child abuse will be reported to authorities and result in immediate expulsion. 10. No Smoking: Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. 11. Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for the safety of their belongings. 12. No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises. Cancellation PolicyRefundable Rate Plan: Bookings canceled up to 7 days before check-in will be fully refunded. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in will be charged the full booking amount. Non-Refundable Rate Plan: The full reservation amount will be charged for cancellations at any time.
